Our mid-year grading will be run by Kon Pappy of The Fight Lab (he literally WROTE the international Pankration syllabus we are grading from). Louis will also be grading for his Second Dan black belt and will be grading along side all students. Not to be missed (if you are eligible, of course - chat to the coaches)!
