Rachel & Lucy are highly experienced in therapies and healing work. We love to blend practical every day grounded perpsective with what can feel magical, mystical and exquisite.
This workshop invites us to explore more depply the concept of 'wintering'. A time where the seasons encourage us to focus on drawing in, replenishing and relfecting. We will give some prompts and perspectives on how to incorporate more peace and ease into the every day busy world. How to connect more meaningfully with the parts that create our whole - our values, dreams, bodies, minds and energy.
Our aim always is to gift you the time, space and tools to weave in relvelation and self connection in a way that can continue to evolve and support you after you leave and not just for the afternoon.
We will take special care of you, guide you through gentle inner work and meditation, gift you with a healing sound bath (with Rachel's magical crystalline bowls) and treat you to tea, cake and chat at the end. Rachel and Lucy are Reiki Master Teachers and will invite healing energy during the meditation and gift each person with their own mini treatment.
Leave feeling connected, peaceful and with purpose about how to intergate more of what you want into your every day life.
Please bring - Blanket & water bottle and anything else you need to be comforatble. We provide yoga mats (chair if required), pillows and tea and vegan / GF treats at the end.
