Experience Forest Bathing: A Midweek Reset with Nature
Join us for a 2.5-hour, sensory-immersive forest therapy walk designed to help you de-stress, connect with nature, and prioritize your well-being. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this forest bathing experience invites you to slow down and fully engage your senses through simple, mindful, and sensory invitations.
Guided by , a Registered Nurse, certified Forest Therapy Guide, and passionate advocate for the healing power of nature, this walk will help you explore the calming beauty of the natural world and reconnect with yourself. Klara's personal journey from nurse burnout to wellness through nature has inspired her to share the profound benefits of forest therapy with others. Through her gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune into the present moment, and experience nature’s ability to restore balance and well-being.
