A fantastic week of yoga, with plenty of opportunity to explore Inishbofin at your will. We will celebrate the fullness of summer bathed in long light and fresh air and the fresh Atlantic ocean.
We will include the subtle science of the Anusara UPAs if anyone wants to gather Anusara Continuing ED hours.
Eight classes offered starting Monday, 23rd at 4 pm with morning and afternoon classes each day till we finish on Friday at 12 pm
This event is open to all yogis giving options for all levels.
