St. Charles, IL ------------- April 20th and 21stThis course focuses on long range marksmanship, rifle/scope/ammunition characteristics, zeroing in MOA and MIL scopes, compensating for a wind component, rifle and scope maintenance, and more. You’ll also learn about choosing the optimal components for an efficient rifle setup, including optics, bipods, RangeFinders, and accessories. Day-1 will present issues and problems that need be addressed in order to successfully shoot at longer distances. Day-2 is spent at the shooting range, ensuring your rifle is properly configured for medium-distance shooting and correctly zeroed at 100-yds. Then we’ll move to the 600-yd range to refine your shooting skills over extended distances.
