Join Docomomo US/MN to tour a Carl Graffunder home that was built as the Bob Eddy Residence in 1951.
This house is classic Graffunder, with massive window walls on the walk-out, southern face, blending the indoors & outdoors. Currently occupied by the third owners, the house retains wonderful original details while incorporating thoughtful updates suited for today’s living.
The house is located in the Como Park neighborhood of St. Paul, perched above the Nebraska Woods off of Lexington Parkway.
