At our Who Do You Need (WDYN) meeting, we’ll go around the room and each person will clearly state the types of people or companies they’re looking to connect with, for example, manufacturing business owners, CPAs, HR leaders, founders, or referral partners.
As needs are shared, others in the room will raise their hands to indicate they already have those connections in their network and are willing to make introductions.
