You'll warm up with a short functional breathing practice guided by the Salt Yoga teachers, enjoy the sunrise, great chats & a mid way gratitude break, then round out your run with an optional coffee to celebrate & connect with the community.

Breathing: 5 min Functional Breathing warm up
Run: Approx 5km or 2.5km, relaxed pace
(40 mins inc. midway break & breathwork)
