For two weekends only, Humphrey Homes is opening the doors to our latest project before the owners move in — a City Beach residence that offers a contemporary take on modernist architecture.Inspired by City Beach’s iconic Games Village homes, which were in turn influenced by the legendary Case Study Houses of the 1950s and ‘60s, this low-slung, single-level residence is all about clean lines, natural materials and effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
Deliberately unassuming from the street, it opens up to an extroverted 567sqm home that embraces the northern aspect with all rooms enjoying a garden outlook. Rich timbers, expansive glass, and striking stonework are complemented by artworks from Linton & Kay Galleries.
