or bring a friend and get two sessions for only £45
Your session includes a short consultation and around 20 minutes of hands‑on Seated Shiatsu to support grounding, relaxation and ease.
What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a form of therapeutic bodywork from Japan that uses comfortable pressure, stretching and supportive touch to help the body relax and rebalance.
It’s done fully clothed, and in this event, delivered in a seated position, making it accessible, gentle and ideal for quick resets during the day.
Shiatsu can help with:
muscle tension in the back, neck and shoulders
stress, overwhelm and fatigue
low energy or feeling “run down”
restlessness or difficulty switching off
general wellbeing and emotional regulation

Who is this event for?
This mid‑month refill is ideal for people who:
-Work at a desk — long hours sitting, tight shoulders, stiff neck
- Feel stressed or overstimulated — needing a quick nervous‑system reset
- Are active or on their feet all day — tension building up through the upper body
- Are new to Shiatsu — wanting a gentle introduction
- Prefer short, accessible wellbeing sessions
