Microgreens coming the the library!?! Mount Morris Public Library, in cooperation with the Ogle County Health Department, will feature a microgreens display, enabling us to offer free samples and classes to the community. This initiative will provide an opportunity to teach community members how to grow microgreens and explore creative ways to incorporate them into their diets. Each participant will receive a passive microgreen kit to grow their own microgreens at home - year round! The kit contains a mini grow light, a microgreen tray, nutrients for water, a seed packet, and all the information needed for success. Valued at $100.
