Panelists:
Madhavan S. Esayanur, Ph.D. Senior Director of Global R&D at MEMC/GWC, with over 20 years of experience in silicon materials. He has led product development and technical management across GlobalWafers sites in Italy, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
Nicole Eldred Jaeckel Senior Consultant at WIPFLI, specializing in data-driven strategies for small and medium manufacturers. She focuses on delivering timely industry insights and driving long-term performance improvements.
Syed Kamrul Islam, Ph.D. Professor and Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Missouri. His research interests include semiconductor devices, high-temperature electronics, mixed-signal circuit design, and bio-microelectronics.
Jim Noble, Ph.D. Professor and Chair of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Missouri, and MU Site Director for the NSF I/UCRC Center for Excellence in Logistics and Distribution (CELDi). His research focuses on integrated production systems and supply chain resilience.
