Flu season is upon us and no one wants to get sick. Learn how to better understand the science behind the spread and development of disease!Enjoy a rotation of many activities throughout ESU's Science Hall regarding health, wellness, microbes, organs, games, goodies, and so on!
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment will be in attendance with their KDHE Mobile Lab! Guests can visit the lab and learn all about how germs are spread!
Dr. Melissa Bailey and Dr. Stewart Gardner, from Emporia State University, will also be present with hands-on-learning activities to demonstrate what microbes look like, how they work, and how they affect our bodies/organs.
Physical and Health Education majors at ESU will be leading a hands-on lesson about disease prevention.
ESU's Art Outreach team will be in attendance, leading fun health-themed crafts!
Raffle prizes and activities for all ages!
