Mick Richmond is a longtime Gainesville musician, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. A member of Gainesville Bands the Skatterbrainz and Spike the Cat, he began performed solo shows in local venues in 2022.As a songwriter, Mick's original music can be described as
jangly, melodic, and power-pop colored collages. He is the leader, singer, and songwriter for the Rennys, and a support member of Gainesville bands Urban Creaks, Crash Pad, Dirty Lowdowns, and a traditional Irish music ensemble.
