Come join us at Strawberry Lake Lodge If you'd like to learn more about medicinal fungi in our region and how they can improve your well-being, then this is for you! This is a hands on experience, you will also walk away with knowledge for your own foraging ventures! All who come can partake in my chaga tea blend I will provide! Tasty and nourishing!
I am a Michigan certified mushroom expert, a board-certified health & wellness coach, and nutritional therapist. Accompanied with my personal experiences of health benefits from medicinal fungi, my entire background weaves into this topic of myco-medicine beautifully and I'm so excited to share it!
To come to this event you must purchase a ticket to the Barefood and Free Winter Mini-fest! There is going to be a whole host of yoga, sound healing, and other holistic healing offerings this day, it is going to be INCREDIBLE! Link to explore and purchase can be found here!
There are offerings happening all day beginning at 10am-9pm. My workshop specifically is at 6-7:30pm!
