Poomsae Training from 8 AM - 12 PM
LUNCH 12 PM - 1 PM
Sparring Training from 1 PM - 5 PM
T-shirts avilable for purchase at the event!
-Full uniform for poomsae required
-Taekwondo pants and t-shirt for sparring
-Bring water and your gear
(NO GEAR OR MOUTHGAURDS WILL BE ABLED TO BE PURCHASED AT THE EVENT)
