Whether you're a beginner or a cocktail connoisseur, this class is perfect for anyone looking to learn new skills and have a great time. This four-part series will focus on a different spirit each week. You can join one class for $75 or all four for $250. If you are interested in joining all 4, please contact Andrew at [email protected] - light snacks are included and you will make garnishes to bring home.
Monday, November 4: Vodka. Learn about different varities, distilling techniques, and how this "neutral" spirit can bring a cocktail to life! This class will include a sampling of vodkas to learn distinctions between origin, batch size, and distilleries.
Monday, November 11: Rum. This poolside cocktail staple can do so much more! Discover the complexities of rum and how to create cocktails that incorporate unique types of rum that can speak to you in soft tones and brassy notes.
Monday, November 18: Tequila. Oh boy, here comes trouble! Take a trip on the tequila train, leaving behind all your preconcieved notions about this complex spirit. You might even discover a little Mescal along the way.
Monday, November 25: Gin. This botanical spirit can do so much more than just mingle with tonic water and a lime. Let your imagination fly with this chamelon and sample flavor combinations you may never have thought of before.
