🥊Champion Sean Bruce Defends Belt Against Unbeaten Challenger Nico Michael.
Unbeaten Northampton prospect Nico Michael is set to challenge for his first professional title when he faces champion Sean Bruce for the Midlands Area Super Flyweight belt on Friday, December 12th.
The highly anticipated clash will headline a packed evening of boxing from BCB Promotions at the Mercure Hotel in Northampton.
The 30-year-old Michael, fighting in front of his home crowd, boasts a perfect professional record of eight wins with no losses. This title challenge represents a significant step up in his career, as it will be his first time competing over the championship distance.
He faces a formidable opponent in the 29-year-old Leicester-based champion, Sean Bruce who captured the Midlands Area title in a hard-fought victory against the previously unbeaten Frazer Morgan in March of last year and is determined to defend his crown in hostile territory.
The undercard features an intriguing clash between Klinton Baptiste and Toby Bassett as well as former English title challenger Eithan James, the highly touted Tyselle Walfall, unbeaten duo Charlie Hamilton and Callum Latimer and the popular Dempsey Madden.
