400 Meter Run with a 60 Pund Ruck
( Weights can be modified )
10 Power Cleans at 135 Punds
( Weights can be modified )
5 Strict Pull-Ups X 2
10 Burpess X 2
The Event is FREE for ALL, and no prior signup is needed.
All Participants will get a FREE Shirt ( as long as supplies last ) & a FREE Memorial Band
Everybody can participate ( Active Duty, Civilians, Family Members, Local Nationals, NATO Allies )
Water & Fruit Snacks will be provided
The Event is NOT a Competition! No one will judge you or check if you do the exact amount of sets. It is an event for all to come together to work out and remember & honor an outstanding Soldier & great Person
You can do each exercise using the weight you are comfortable with, and we will also have alternate exercises if you cannot do one if the events
Master Sergeant Micheal B. Riley was a U.S. Army Special Forces Operator, born and raised in Germany, assigned to 10th Special Forces Group ( Airborne ) who was killed during Combat Operations in Afghanistan on 25 June 2019 during his 6th Combat Deployment to Afghanistan.
His Awards include Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters ( 4 OLC ), Army Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award ( OLC ), Army Good Conduct Medal ( 3 ), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with three Campaign Stars, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon ( 3 ), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon ( 2 ), NATO Medal, Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman Badge, Military Freefall Parachutist Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Driver and Mechanic Badge, Marine Qualification Badge Expert-Rifle, and Purple Heart.
