Cathy Saputo – Licensed Professional Counselor & Sex Therapist:
Cathy is the owner of Saputo Counseling Services, with expertise in midlife challenges, relationship wellness, and sexual health. She’s passionate about helping women feel less pressure and more pleasure as they navigate perimenopause.
Together, Angelena and Cathy will share how to find your power during perimenopause by focusing on strength from the inside out, holistic self-care, and showing up for yourself like never before. Expect practical tips, honest conversation, and a supportive community.
