About Dr. Emmanuel "Manny" Pinillos
Manny is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, lifelong athlete, and the founder of Miami Run Club.
Through his private practice, Healthnomics, Dr. Pinillos helps active individuals eliminate pain, optimize movement, and perform at their highest level. He employs advanced manual therapy techniques, mobility training, and personalized strength programs to deliver lasting results. With over seven years of clinical experience - ranging from trauma hospitals to elite athletic settings - he has worked with thousands of clients to improve movement and live pain-free.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Pinillos creates educational and lifestyle wellness content under the handles @mannythephysio and @therunningphysicaltherapist.
