Parents/carers and young people are invited to join us at the Somerstown Family Hub for a special workshop on communicating about mental health! This face-to-face event will discuss the importance of talking about our feelings, with a chance to reflect and practice new skills such as tips for communicating with our children - don't miss out on this opportunity to learn and grow!
