Dear MHS Family,I wish to thank you for your continued support of the Toronto Chapter Alumni over the years and your dedication to our Alma Mater.
We have not connected since the pandemic and we have been looking at various ways to host a cost effective fundraiser, in an effort to keep up with the commitment we have made to our school to fund the various programs such as the school lunch program which provides a 1000 lunches annually and the scholarship bursary which has benefited 5 students to date.
We are therefore going to keep it very simple for 2024, by inviting you to join myself and the Alumni Team on Saturday August 3 for a fundraising dinner at Simone’s Caribbean Restaurant at 596 Danforth Avenue in Toronto.
The cost of each ticket is $100, which includes a $50 donation to our school. A full 3 course meal will be provided (3 different choices) consisting of soup, main course with a salad, desert and a non-alcoholic drink. It is a small and intimate space which we have secured exclusively for the evening.

In the spirit of our school Motto, ‘Let your Light so Shine’ we invite you to bring your ‘Plus one’ and ‘break bread’ with us for the evening so that we can spread some love to our school community.
