The University of Kentucky College of Public Health (CPH) and the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program welcomes Adam Mather (MHA), Inspector General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services, to the Executive Seminar Series in Room 191 at the Gatton College of Business and Economics on campus.Current UK MHA students get an exclusive opportunity to engage, network, and ask questions with highly qualified and experienced leaders who speak on current healthcare topics.
General conversation starts at 9am, which is open to all CPH students, and the executive-student round table will begin at 10:15 am, which is exclusive to UK MHA students.
Adam will speak on the topic of "Lessons Learned: A Perspective in Leadership & Policy", which will include the following:

Biography:
Adam is a native of Atlanta Georgia but has predominately lived in Louisville Kentucky where he currently resides. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University.
His career has primarily been in Long-term care where he has operated individual facilities up to overseeing a portfolio of facilities as a Vice President of Operations. He has served on several professional and community boards including the KAHCF board.
Adam is currently the Inspector General for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and has been in the role since the Beshear Administration took office in late 2019.
