With over a decade of experience in startup advisory and innovation strategy, she specializes in guiding startups from inception to growth stages. Kiran's work at FounderWay is centered on using AI-powered tools to foster inclusivity and help founders create customer-centric solutions. Kiran has developed a profound insight into the entrepreneurial landscape, guiding startups from their nascent pre-seed stages to robust Series C developments.

Previously, Kiran led innovation at Retail Business Services and provided strategic consulting to tech startups in Boston. She also played a pivotal role at MaRS Discovery District, supporting tech scaleups and early-stage ventures.

Kiran holds a BBA from the University of Toronto and a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard Extension School. Her career is marked by a commitment to empowering the startup community through strategic leadership and innovative thinking.
