It’s all about edutainment at MFSB, we love bringing you DJs who don’t play Scotland year in and year out, or folk that you might not have heard play at all in the past. Our next guest Lil’ Mark could well have played in front of you at one of his numerous sets at Pikes in Ibeefa, or at one of his many gigs down South though and if he has, you will know that real house and Chicago shizzle runs deep with Mark’s gigs. If we had to compare Lil’ Mark‘s DJ sets to another artist, Derrick Carter, Rene & Bacus and Rob Mello would be up there at the top of our short list probably. Mark's production credentials are nothing short of incredibly impressive too with releases gracing prestigious labels such as MFF, Ministry Of Sound, Om, Fabric and of course don’t forget those phenomenal outings on the wicked Classic Records stable. His collaborative spirit shines through in partnerships also, such as those collabs with The Detox Twins with Rob Mello and most notably his work alongside Grammy award winning producer Luke Solomon.
