About this Event
One of the first spirits to originate in the America’s, mezcal is made from distilled agave. Unlike its close relative tequila, Mezcal is still largely produced using traditional methods on a local level. Mezcals can be made differently depending on the type of agave used, the methods used by its producers in distillation, and other factors. Known largely as being Tequila’s smoky cousin, we think that there is far more going on in the world of mezcal.
