This next course series will serve as the "Next Semester" from our Agave 101 series back in fall of 2025. However we welcome all afficienado's & spirit curious alike to attend! A basic knowledge of Tequila & Agave is strongly encouraged, however not required.
In this class we will take a more nuanced perspective into variations in production styles, terroir & cultivation practices, aging practices, and the use of additives. This class will take you from "I know tequila," to "I understand tequila."
