Welcome to our Second Semester, and first of our Agave 101 Series!
Our first course is designed as an entry point into the world of Agave Spirits while taking a close examination into the cultivation, production, and distilation of the five major designations of agave spirits. In this first course we will explore the spirit regions of Mexico with tastings, instruction, and pairings. Food will be provided by MeXo's Executive Chef Oscar Moreno.
No previous knowledge is necessary to attend, you will leave class with a concise understanding of all topics. This course is curated for Industry Professionals, aficionados, and curious sippers alike.
