In this partially hands-on class Jamie will take the guesswork out of cooking and seasoning beans in the classic stovetop style, then you'll get hands-on and cook Mexican Rice, seasoning from scratch, and a Roja Enchilada Sauce that’s so easy, you’ll never want to buy canned again! Note: All dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan friendly, please call or email to let us know your dietary preference once you register for class!
