Shrimp and Salmon Dip: Rich, Spicy and amazing, served with tortilla chips
Swordfish Skewers: Seared to Perfection, with home made chimichurri
Mexican green Rice: Tomatillo and Poblano peppers make this a must
Habanero and Avocado Pico de gallo: Spicy and delicious, just the right heat to serve with seafood
Carlota de limon: This is the Mexican variation of a charlotte, a deliciously refreshing lemon icebox cake

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
