DEMONSTRATION EVENT. This menu is gluten free friendly. However our kitchen may not be celiac friendly.

Frijoles Charros: Charro beans (AKA frijoles charros or cowboy beans) are a popular Mexican dish consisting of pinto beans in a boldly flavored broth with other types of meat (chorizo, bacon, ham), chili peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Its consistency is similar to soup and it can be served as a main dish or side dish
Birria de Res: Rich, tender chili pepper-based meat Adobo. A traditional dish made from goat, this version uses beef chuck or short ribs.

Jericallas: Jericalla is a Mexican custard dessert made with just a few ingredients. It has a custard- like texture similar to a flan, and a burned top like crème brûlée.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
