Spiced Pinto Beans with Harissa
Slow-simmered pinto beans infused with bold, smoky seasonings and hints of cumin and citrus—comforting, protein-packed, and full of heart.
Golden-seared Indian paneer cubes
Marinated in warm spices like turmeric, cumin, and garam masala add a rich, savory bite and satisfying texture
"Grilled" Street Corn with a Zesty Twist
Inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mexican elote, this street corn is grilled in our kitchen to perfection, then tossed with a light, tangy yogurt-lime crema and sprinkled with chili-lime seasoning.
Fresh Pico de Gallo & Hand-Mashed Guacamole
A refreshing duo—juicy tomatoes, crisp onions, and bright cilantro meet creamy avocado blended with lime and sea salt for a vibrant, heart-healthy topping.
Cheese Blend & Crisp Garden Fixings
A mix of shredded cheeses from Latin and Mediterranean traditions pairs with crunchy lettuce, radishes, cucumbers, and citrus-marinated onions for a colorful, nutrient-rich crunch in every bite.
Green & Glowing Juice Elixir
A blended medley of tropical fruits, crisp greens, and a splash of lime—this revitalizing drink is packed with vitamins and just the right amount of natural sweetness to keep you energized and refreshed.

Cost: $55 per person with $10 off from the same household for 2+ tickets (email to save on registration fees)
