Join us for a vibrant evening of Mexican BBQ and wine pairings at Itto's Vino, where Chef Daniel Perez will be showcasing Al Pastor pork loin and traditional Mexican BBQ sides, all expertly paired with wines from up-and-coming Mexican wine regions. The evening features food offerings designed to complement the bold, smoky flavors of BBQ, with carefully selected wines from regions like Valle de Guadalupe, Querétaro, and Coahuila, highlighting the exciting new wave of Mexican winemaking.
Guests can come and go as they please, as food will be available throughout the whole evening. Our Head Sommelier, Maxwell, will be pouring all sorts of exciting wines, and Neil will have cocktail specials available for purchase as well. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply a lover of great food, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
