Ladies MeuSemba Boot(y)camp is back. This time on a Sunday afternoon, so we can go out for a Sunday roast and a drink after the class. What to expect? Fun dance exercises and moves to boost your confidence, step out of your comfort zone and move gracefully to the sounds of kizomba and semba.
