A 2024-25-ös évad utolsó Metes világközvetítésén újra láthatjuk Bartlett Sher sziporkázóan eleven Rossini-rendezését, s az előadást a komponista szülővárosában, Pesaróban képzett Giacomo Sagripanti vezényli. A legutóbbi évek hatalmas felfedezése, az orosz Aigul Akhmetshina készül temperamentumos Rosinaként fellépni, s körötte nemcsak a szintén fiatal amerikai tenort, a Metben Almavivaként debütáló Jack Swansont és a moldovai Andrey Zhilikhovsky férfias Figaróját találjuk majd, hanem büszke örömünkre Kálmán Pétert is, akire Bartolo doktor szerepe vár ebben az előadásban.A közvetítés eredeti nyelven, magyar és angol nyelvű feliratokkal látható.

The final Met broadcast of the 2024/25 season revisits Bartlett Sher's sparklingly alive Rossini production, this time conducted by Giacomo Sagripanti, who trained in the composer's native Pesaro. Taking the stage as the temperamental Rosina will be the Russian Aigul Akhmetshina, a tremendous discovery of recent years, joined not only by the young American tenor Jack Swanson as he makes his Met debut as Almaviva, but also by Moldova's Andrey Zhilikhovsky as the manly Figaro and, to our proud delight, our fellow Hungarian Péter Kálmán, who will be taking on Doctor Bartolo.
The broadcast will be sung in the original language, and shown with Hungarian and English subtitles.
