Hello to all the MEPSI supporters! It is official, we are all set for the Metro East Pride Festival that will be held on October 5th, 2024. We are excited to announce that this year's festival will be along West Main Street from Club Escapade all the way up to (AND INCLUDING!!) the Fountain area. That's right folks, we will officially be bringing the Metro East Pride Festival 2024 to Belleville Square this year!! The board often and lovingly refers to this as "taking the fountain!!" We couldn't be happier! This has been a long time coming and we couldn't wait to share this with you! FOOD VENDORS PLEASE READ, we have made the decision to bring you front and center, so the food court will be held in the fountain area right by the Main Stage! In previous years we have not seen the food area as busy as we would like to, this will rectify that! We will also have the Teen Pride Area, Kids Zone, High Heel Drag Race, food, vendors, and so much more. I have attached the link for both the vendor registration and sponsorship opportunities. Deadline for Early Bird applications (Save $25) is May 31st. Deadline for vendor applications is July 31st. Applications received after July 31st will be subject to a $25 fee and will have to be approved by the committee prior to approval. Please don't hesitate turning in your applications as we will be limiting the number of similar vendors this year as to not overwhelm one category, this includes food vendors.
