Here we are! This is an high intensity, outdoor fitness class, led by a certified Personal Trainer. You will be running, squatting, pulling and pushing: you will have it all! A fun and intense workout that will boost your metabolism and mood! Each class will be different from the other, and I will adapt it to any level of fitness: you will all end up rewarded and satisfied! The class will last about 45 minutes, including warm-up and stretching.
We will meet each Sunday at 9:00 am, in front of the Snow Hill Rail station, near the Costa, where you will see a curly-hair Italian girl, with a big smile on her face: that's me, your PT and training-buddy for the day!
The class is cheap as a coffee: just 4 £ per person and you will pay at the end, and only if you enjoyed the training! You can pay by cash or online-banking.
