In this sanctuary of peace, we hold space for eachother. With calming and beautiful music, I will help you to gain strength, peace and joy. I will begin the session with a welcome and then a gentle warm up on our mats. I will guide you through some easy to do yoga stretches and exercises. We will then rise into a more strengthening yoga flow which will then gently ease us into a continuous flow meditation. The last 10 minutes of class will be an opportunity to rest, close our eyes, go silent and meditate.
Please bring your yoga mat, water and a warm clothes for the meditation. Please arrive a few minutes early to begin class at 5.15pm prompt. Find us on the Top floor, at The Southbank Club, Dean Lane, Bristol.
