**This class will take you on a journey through the abyss. Where metal heads and misfits alike get to transform. Plan to sweat, stretch, growl and reset.**
- $12 - Card / $10 Cash
- Check in begins at 10:45am where you will sign a waiver and find your spot on the floor.
- Bring your own mat / All experience levels welcome
- We will have the lights low so everyone can feel safe practicing at their own pace.
- Class cost is strictly for class, so we'd love if you hang out after and grab a drink at VISUALS Rooftop and Burial Beer is out back for after flow libations and eats.
