Metal Work 101 - Make Your Own Welding Table

Come join us at Twin Cities Maker for our Metal Work 101 Class! Whether you're a total newbie or just looking to brush up on your skills, this hands-on workshop is perfect for you.

Besides going home with your very own 4' X 2' Welding Table - you will learn the basics of:

• Stick, MIG, TIG Welding
• Basic Joints in all positions
• How to prep your materials for success
• The ironwrker to cut and punch materials
• Oxygen & acetylene torch

What to Wear:

Students will be required to wear closed toe shoes, preferably work boots, and long pants made of natural fibers such as jeans. Students will also be responsible for providing their own welding gloves. Students will be turned away with no refund if they are not dressed appropriately, and do not bring their own gloves.
