New 6 week class at CBF with Melissa Shore! Intro to metabolic conditioning Monday mornings at 630 AM starting October 6th.This class will focus on the basics of metabolic conditioning, incorporating all body parts, but first focusing on preparing the core, introducing the upper body and then the lower body. Metabolic conditioning is a crossover between strength training and cardio, optimizing, both energy pathways (aerobic and anaerobic) at different times in the workout. Class will consist of a five minute warm-up, 30 to 35 minute workout, and a 10 minute cooldown focusing on deep stretching. All fitness levels are welcome.
