Here's what to do:
-Starting on Friday, November 1st you can buy an item (or items) that are worth at least $25. Tell us its for the Holiday Bash.
-Your gift will grant you admission to the greatest holiday party of the year!
-We will wrap the item and code it with your secret number. That gift will be used for the White Elephant gift exchange (so you don't pick your own gift).
Then...you wait...until Saturday, December 7th.
-That day we will close to general public at 3:00pm and then reopen for people with their ticket at 4:00pm
-Folks can enjoy free food and drinks while people arrive
-At 4:30pm we will begin the gift exchange. The exchange will be using the standard "white elephant" rules (we'll explain them that night for those that don't know how it works). The one BIG difference is that to steal a gift, you MUST donate $5 to our Holiday Ozarks Food Harvest fund. After the exchange is over if you didn't get something you wanted, you may trade it back into the store for a $25 gift card...that's right! A no risk White Elephant gift exchange!
-This year we are adding a TWIST! Randomly inserted in four of the packages will be GOLDEN TICKETS. These will be themed to a specific category of items (card games, role playing games, miniature games or board games). More details to come but each gift will be worth at least $100.
-After the gift exchange is over, the staff will be on hand to play games of all kinds. Board games, miniature games, card games and more.
-Give a little, get a lot!
