About this Event
We are super excited to announce the 5th edition of the META Cinema Forum. We’ve been working behind the scenes to make the forum bigger and more valuable to all our participants who attend annually and we’re pleased to say it has now grown into a week-long festival with a film market that supports content development. The META film market is the only marketplace that aims to help the Middle East, Levant, and African filmmakers and scriptwriters to build and nurture business relationships, sell, finance, and procure films and scout talents
In addition to the regional briefing sessions, industry insight sessions, and panel discussions, the forum will host several content sessions including slate presentations, premieres, and advanced and special screenings. With more countries participating this year, the META Cinema Forum will host a vibrant set of audiences and speakers. The massive exhibition floor will showcase the latest solutions and technologies that improve the moviegoers’ experience. The event will also recognize and honour the key contributors through the META Cinema Awards and host several networking sessions including cocktail receptions and afterparties.
The META Cinema Forum is scheduled for 25 - 29 October 2022 at the Atlantis, The Palm, and VOX Cinemas, Nakheel Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
