About this Event
MESS ROOM Creatives is a visual arts programme for Medway residents, offering creative opportunities to local adults.
Participants can sign up for a series of workshops, plus scheduled group visits to cultural and heritage sites across the Medway Towns. Guided tours will inspire participants to get involved in cultural activities across Medway. At the end of the workshop programme, participants' work will be showcased in a public exhibition.
Join us for a taster session at our MESS ROOM home on the ground floor of Sun Pier House to learn more about the project and join in with some visual arts activities.
Workshops will then take place every Tuesday from 26 November until Tuesday 25 March 2025.
All adults are welcome. Sessions are free. Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked.

MESS ROOM CIC is an accessible community arts studio hosting inclusive and innovative creative workshops. MESS ROOM's artists work with communities of all ages and abilities, supporting people to express themselves, using a combination of inclusive activities, communication methods, including British Sign Language and tactile materials.
Our open and collaborative approach promotes independence, co-production and community-led peer support. We strive to break down barriers and reduce social isolation for marginalised people. We collaborate with cultural and heritage sites, schools and community partners, train and mentor the next generation of MESS ROOM advocates.
