Patina is a unique trio performing original compositions, drawn from folk influences from around the globe. Steeped in balkan, klezmer and tango sounds with a little folk-punk thrown in, their songs dance from one style to the next, from the sweet to the upbeat. Their innovative instrumentation features clarinet, accordion, foot percussion, euphonium, santur and a home-made electric banjo/guitar.
