Keynote Speaker: Carl Chinn
Carl Chinn is a thought-leader / teacher on intentional security readiness and operations at faith-based organizations. Among other contributions to ministry security, Chinn developed the threat intelligence program for New Life and managed it for ten years. He brought the same program to the Colorado Springs community through the Faith Based Safety Coalition which now serves as a model for other coalitions across the U.S.
