About this Event

Listers: A Glimpse Into Extreme Birdwatching is a 2025 documentary film created by brothers Owen and Quentin Reiser and published on YouTube. The film follows the brothers as they attempt a Big Year, a birdwatching term for an attempt to observe as many species of bird as possible in a calendar year.

Join us at artefact on the 12th Feb. Grab a cuppa, a beer or a soft drink and pull up a chair! If you love an immersive experience, please dress up as your favourite bird (or in the colours of your favourite bird)! There may be a prize for the best costume...

MerseyWilders is a newly established group, passionate about nature and protecting it, led by young people in merseyside. This is our first event, and we're planning more film nights, as well as other events, in future so please feel free to join our community if you'd like to get involved, or let us know if you'd like to receive news about future events. We're in the process of setting up a newsletter, which we can share more about on our Instagram and at the event.
