About this Event

The Nature Conservancy is once again partnering with the Fairfax County Park Authority in Northern Virginia for a watershed cleanup. This spring cleaning event will remove tires, plastic bottles, cans and other debris from local waterways, preventing trash from reaching the nation’s largest estuary, the Chesapeake Bay.



Merrybrook Stream Valley Park -meet at the trailhead at the corner of the Lutie Lewis Coates Elementary School parking lot

Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Rain date is April 27th

25 volunteers needed

You will receive an email with event details about a week before the workday.
