Laura, A compassionate but struggling nurse is hired by a reclusive widower, to look after his bedridden daughter as a care giver. Merlin a young woman in her early twenties, is severely disabled, unable to move or communicate normally after a traumatic event years earlier, Vulnerable soul who needs constant care, and the isolated, grand estate where they live seems like the perfect place for her to heal.
At first, the job appears simple—too simple. But as the nurse settles into the routine of caring, she begins to sense that something is deeply wrong.
